Midtown is the heart of Manhattan. It’s the most dynamic neighborhood in the city and a must-visit during your stay in New York. It stretches from 14th Street in the South to 59th Street, bordering the South of Central Park.
Midtown is divided into two parts:
- The West (Midtown West) is very lively with Times Square, the Theater District, and the new areas of Hell’s Kitchen.
- The East (Midtown East), quieter, with Murray Hill, Gramercy Park, and the diplomatic area around the UN.
It’s the best area to stay in New York in the city center.

It’s the cheapest hotel in Manhattan, so at this price, don’t expect luxury. But if you’re looking for a hotel just to sleep in, it’s a great deal.
The hotel also provides access to a nearby gym that includes an indoor pool and a sauna.
Carvi Hotel New York – Starting from 130€
This hotel is ideally located in Midtown East. It’s a 10-minute subway ride from Times Square and Rockefeller center, and just three blocks away from the Lexington Avenue-53rd Street subway station, making it convenient for exploring New York.

The Lower East Side doesn’t resemble any other New York neighborhood, and that’s what makes it so unique and charming. Vibrant and bustling in the evenings and on weekends, it wears a more authentic and bohemian atmosphere during the week.
This neighborhood is in the south of Manhattan, right next to Chinatown and has a cool and trendy vibe. It’s one of the hotspots for New York’s nightlife with its many bars and restaurants.
The Lower East Side is ideal if:
